Conviviality and creativity are the key words to offering you menus that suit all types of events Before joining ROOFTOP Grenelle in 2016, Vincent Thiessé was Executive Chef at Marc Veyrat’s Etangs de Corot.
Later, he worked for the hotels of the Constance Group (Mauritius and Seychelles). He was also Creative Director of the catering company, Fleur de Mets.
