The catering offered by ROOFTOP Grenelle is carried out daily, on site, in our kitchens, by Chef Vincent Thiessé and his team.
Our Executive Chef, Vincent Thiessé
Executive Chef for Marc Veyrat at Les Etangs de Corot, then in the hotels of the Constance group (Mauritius and Seychelles), Vincent Thiessé was also creative director of the caterer Fleur de Mets for 12 years before joining ROOFTOP Grenelle in 2016.
The Chef’s philosophy:
Vincent Thiessé is passionate and demanding with himself and his team. Together, they work every day, on site, with fresh and seasonal products. In daily contact with suppliers, they favor products mainly from the Ile-de-France region and they endeavor to reduce packaging and waste.
For Vincent, the best cuisine is the one made with the heart.
